"Stussy just updated their site with their new 2008 sunglasses collection just in time for Summer. The frames are 100% Italian handmade with high quality metals and cellulose acetates. All frames are fitted with shatterproof CR39 lenses which provide 100% UVA/UVB protection. There are 11 styles to the range and will be available soon at Stussy stores and fine boutiques around the globe." (words from freshnessmag)

The other day, I went to the mall with one thing in mind and that was to find "Stan Smiths" (for those of you who don't know, please step it up). Well sad news for me was that many well know stores, whom I will not mention (referee shirts) do not carry my sneakers. So my next stop was a sunglass store......not that I wear sunglasses on the regular, but I had other reasons to stop on by. Now I started trying some brands/ styles on, and I gotta admit, LuckysinLove with shades now.....my two favs are Georgio Armani and Marc Jacobs....Sickness.....oh before I forget, I hope y'all checked out the specs above!

Shmack...................Spring/ Summer 2008 Footwear.....

A mix of textures generated by a range of leathers and materials.....Shmack will be releasing their Spring/ Summer 2008 line starting tomorrow......I don't know if these are for me, but I have a liking to the red "Crowbar". Check out the pics below:

FUCT Spring/Summer '08 Collection Part 1

I presented this brand a while back but initial exposures are usually not as detailed as secondary. I really enjoy this collection dropped for the Spring/ Summer, and I am rolling at the first shirt........enjoy the pics:

TAG!!!

The homey Yellow Rebel tipped me on this yesterday (words by Yellow Rebel):

"Initially I thought a tags post just involved using tags in some creative way, but I re-read posts by others that have been tagged and found out there were rules. So I was tagged by Da Vinci, and to ensure that this blog doesn't simply become a music/news blog, I figure I go ahead and do this...

So Da Vinci was the one who tagged me.

1. Link the person who tagged you…
2. Mention the rules in your blog…
3. Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours
4. Tag 6 following bloggers by linking them…
5. Leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they’ve been tagged."

After agreeing to join this, I noticed something.........I know a lot of people.....seriously a lot, but I don't know many bloggers.....I can name a few like my homies Yellow Rebel and my homegirl Sophie, but Lucky needs more Friends.....trust me, we're about to start a movement in this blog-o-sphere....

Stacks and Bundles- Spring 2008...............I reserve my comments!

Hellz Bellz..................Spring 2008 (What.....you didn't think it was over did you?)

I've posted Hellz Bellz a few times on this blog, and I hope that many of you "graphic tee" brands are paying attention. Hellz Bellz uses some of the best in the game including my favorite "Thugs on Salary", the "Collabros" (their work is SICKNESS people), who broke into a sick movement in the game from working on decks and clothing for "Zoo York", and are even in the process of getting into the graphic novel game.....a film adaptation will be in the future if thats the case.......well peep the pics below on the collaboration with Hellz Bellz:

Air Strike..................Interactive Hologram (My Prayers Have Been Answered)

"LM3Labs have a developed an interactive, gesture-controlled hologram technology called AirStrike. Presumably, the technology can be applied to advertising or as an event novelty. We imagine this is about as close to a God Complex as any of us non-surgeons will ever get".....I don't know if many of you are fans of futuristic films or comic books, but for those of us who are, may I speak freely? Of course I can......I only hope that this technology can continue blossoming and who knows? Maybe they can even help the Military with covert opps.....

Stop and Smell the Roses....

Today I ended a chapter in my life.....as I step out into the sun, I notice beauty.....you ever notice that the true beauty of the world is mostly captured onscreen or through photography? I want to capture that myself.......I write this as I am watching a group do kickflips in a vacant lot....Where does it all go, huh? I pray that this is not a question you ask yourself later.....tomorrow, I get back on the grind....today I stop and adore beauty...

"Talk about the hurting".................LoL, this has become a classic movie clip!

For those of you who have the pleasure of knowing me personally (LoL....inside joke), you know that Lucky is a film fanatic (my dvd collection is stronger by the day). My collection is incredibly diverse.....I love wonderful classics such as "A clockwork Orange", to cult favorites such like "Super Fly".....I love my "White Humor" such as "Old School" and "Wedding Crashers"......."Superbad" and "Eurotrip" are two of my favs.....Below is one of the funniest scenes in "Superbad" (sad thing is I've known the words to this song for the longest too), and the original by The Guess Who:

The Goods................."To hide The Goods, I would need pants big as Hammer's".......

The Goods clothing brand recently dropped their Spring 2008 line, "and I must admit that I kinda like" (Tyrese People). Well, I took the liberty of posting some of my favs as usual (sorry but the link I have is BS).....Enjoy!

SeaVees........................"California Love"

One thing I've always admired about California is that it feels like a different world. California actually feels and looks like a movie set. You're bound to meet the "dumb blond", the "out of work actor", the "drama queen" and the "Pot head Surfer" ("Fast Times at Ridgemont High").......Well SeaVees is one of those brands that scream California........simple surfer friendly designs meant for you "Dudes, lookin to hang 10....you know?":
