They used all of this information to surmize that Obama won directly because "more people are using the internet". Well, ABC... Im quite sure that McCain had the same opportunity to publicize his candidacy. Being a democratic network, I was surprized to hear such a statement coming from ABC. Due to the syntax and overall story, it was said with no means of harm or bias. However, you can't just allow misinformation floating around about the correlation between "internet users" to the winning of government officials in a Presidential election, thats just absurd! Would it be fair to say that McCain lost then, because he doesnt know how to use a compter? No! So why would Obama swin soley on the amount of internet users? Did McCain not have the same opportunity? The same internet users that voted last election, and with continue voting the next.

Anyhoo... those are my two cents."

This is an incredible work of art.......released in 2003, this film is basically the album "Discovery" (By Daft Punk) come to life...The film was produced by the creators of the Discovery album, along with Toei Animation, under the supervision of Leiji Matsumoto...In it, you'll hear classics like "One More Time" (which has somehow become the Playboy Mansion Anthem), and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger"..I've always loved this, and I feel that I went on such a fashion overload this week, I must give you something else from my medulla luckygotta.....enjoy!

I love when NYers put their heads together for the betterment of our beautiful City. I remember a time before the PS3 or the XBox 360 when all we had was a Nintendo (or for the rich kids, Super Nintendo)...which we only played during rainy days.....Joy was sought out on the court, blacktop, playgrounds....relay races and manhunt on the block.....this was before the world became insecure....before obescity became a disease and waaaaay before myspace and facebook.....we weren't glued to our seats then.....this is why this makes me so happy....I'll see you there!

Would You Call This Racism....Or Did I read Into It Too Much?

So here's the story; My friends and I decide to go shopping last Thursday in downtown Sydney, Australia (in case I didn't tell you where we were)....Now, before we head to the shopping district, we make a stop at a popular spot in Chinatown (I have come to the conclusion that every country has a Chinatown)....the first spot at the mall we notice is a Japanese toy/ video store, and guess what Lucky eyes? Vinyls...Artistically wonderful Vinyls, and you all know how much I love Art, and the whole Japanese/ Manga culture...oh and they had swords as well (see me below in my Go Go Gadget coat)....now, since this was the first stop, I informed the store owner who was a very cool Japanese man that my intention was to purchase a few vinyls after I finish my mall shopping...he agrees, and we exchange info, and I move on.....Now at the end of our spree, I decided to head back and pick up the vinyls and maybe some anime (Naruto and Bleach people.....mind out the gutter)...The owner must've went to lunch, because I saw a lady that wasn't present before....So I approach the vinyls as a man of Asian/ Oriental descent was also looking at them....he chooses his, and as I pick one of my choices up and getting ready to pick another, the lady (store clerk) rushes to the glass display, takes the vinyl...shuts the glass door...zip...seals more than one lock apparently, and finally locks shut a bottom lock....I stood there in amazement, and said "You know what, I'm good"....Now you tell me what happened...was I a victim in this case or is it just me....I posted some nice pics of the shop below:

50 Shots Mean Nothing In A Court Of Law........

Officers of the NYPD are issued a 9mm Service pistol that fires in DAO (Double Action Only). Currently authorized pistols for new officers to select from include the SIG P226 (DAO), Smith & Wesson 5946 (DAO), and Glock 19 (All modified to a nominal 12 pound trigger pull). Senior officers who joined prior to 1993 are still authorized to carry Smith & Wesson Model 64 .38 Special Revolvers. Now during the Sean Bell incident, five of the seven officers investigating the club were involved in the shooting. Detective Paul Headley fired one round, Officer Michael Carey fired three, Officer Marc Cooper fired four, Officer Gescard Isnora fired eleven, and veteran officer Michael Oliver emptied two full magazines, firing 31 shots from a 9mm handgun and pausing to reload at least once.....Now I want you to read all that over again, and imagine all of these shots coming at you without returning fire....Have any of you seen a UC before....they're UNDERCOVER COPS...who is going to think of a gang of men (A gang is a group of individuals that share a common identity, even if that identity consists of little more than their association with one another. In early English usage, it referred to a group of workmen, and later underwent pejoration. ...) None of this was used in the case.....apparently the prosecution thought everything was cut and dry (I've seen this sort of bullshit happen too much)....Witness testimony not coinciding hurt, but lets think about it...OVER 50 SHOTS FIRED, AND NO RETURN BULLETS AT THE OFFICERS???....at least give them some time!

Now I've been scratching my head over this one and trying not to break into the race issue because of the color of the defense, but what happened to the issue of classism. Classism which is the systematic oppression of poor people and people who work for wages by those who have access to control of the necessary resources by which other people make their living. Classism is also held in place by a system of beliefs which ranks people according to economic status, "breeding," job and level of education. Classism says that upper class people are smarter and more articulate than working class and poor people. It is a way of keeping people down, and I refuse to dance around the "Give a nigga a Badge" theory.....some of you are scratching your nogs, but think about this; Are you usually backed into a corner by a white police officer, or a colored officer being accompanied by a white officer?.....Some say the race thing is too much Lucky, but I can't help it. we live in a society so blinded by it that you can't help it. A man that was tested to be drunk (after the fact) is in a verbal disagreement with a gang of men brandishing weapons, and you think he knows??? Now you give a black man a badge and you end up with this:



Don't get mad because I'm giving it to you in two ways. Yes, I disagree with the verdict, but No I will not join your fight....Now from the stands, I see all this going on and I refuse to join the "Wear Black" revolution or the "Fight the Power" cause on this one....I urge you all to do what they truly fear....Succeed. We are the last of a dying breed....Educated, Beautiful and full of Energy. Sean Bell was a star high school pitcher who only stopped playing to support his pregnant girlfriend.....I refuse to put on the militant gear of the past (wearing all black), and don the helmet of tomorrow (a graduation cap) because this can't be real.....A man cannot leave his house getting ready to say two of the most beautiful words he can say to a woman and have his life taken from him and nothing is done.....For those of you sending those text messages.....lets stop and think of something beyond the militant thoughts of revolution through protest and plotting to kill officers (I know you read that article as well).....Let's hit them where it hurts....Lets become what the they're not used to seeing.....lets step out of our class and create something new.....lets succeed and together we can create a world suitable for the likes of Sean's daughter, and for our future....

I've been extremely sick the last couple of days........so sick that I only left the house once in two days....a romp through the City last night that led to nowhere, but fused two souls through the use of unexpectedness (I hope I placed that correctly)....I was left so down in the dumps that I wish I had a clone, or someone to be in my place.......because I was having such an out of body experience that when my mind was there, my body was not......I was time traveling while standing still (I hope it makes sense to you).....the last two days have been a time of reflection, because when you're bed ridden, what else is there to do?

So last night, I'm with the brothas and we're playing Spades (my game was off last night honestly)and watching NBA on TNT, and this spot came on. At first, we all were thinking that the Laker staff/ hierarchy never saw this and that Kobe is a damned fool, but then we thought "this can't be real"...."why would he jeopardize the Playoffs like this?" and of course "he's about to lose some money, and get suspended off of this one".....you know what? you watch it and judge for yourself!

I seriously don't like watching MTv or any of the mainstream shows out there, but when something catches my eye, Its like kryptonite baby! Last night, I enjoyed the whole hour and a half of MTv's special on Diddy "If I were King" which is a detailed mini doc on Diddy's preperation for fashion week in NY (step ya game up if you don't know about fashion week). In 8 weeks, the man created a whole collection! I don't think y'all understand....IN 8 WEEKS, THE MAN CREATED A WHOLE COLLECTION!!! Do you know how sick that is? It takes many designers seasons, and others years just to get prepped for fashion week, but this is Diddy we're talking about folks.....I may not enjoy his rapping, but his business savvy and fashion sense tops fusion tops all rappers (key word is fusion folks)......enjoy the link!

In 2006, A Grave Injustice Was Committed.............Damn Sony!!!

LuckysinLove with art, and I love technology because creative thinking has led to some of our greatest technological achievements. One of these being the robotic companion. If you know where I can find one...I'm begging you to PLEASE LET ME KNOW!.........Sony originally introduced the Aibo (Artificial Intelligence roBOt, homonymous with "companion" in Japanese) robot puppy in 1999. There have been several different models since their introduction pre y2k. Able to walk, "see" its environment via camera, and recognize spoken commands, they are considered to be autonomous robots, since they are able to learn and mature based on external stimuli from their owner or environment, or from other AIBOs. Artist Hajime Sorayama created the initial designs for the AIBO.

On January 26, 2006 Sony announced that it would discontinue AIBO and several other products as of March, 2006. It will also stop development of the QRIO robot. AIBO will still be supported until 2013, however, and AIBO technology will continue to be developed for use in other consumer products....now thats where I lose control because I've been looking for my puppy for 4 years now, and I can't find 1!!! Sony is full of it, and someone needs to make a documentary on this similar to "Who Killed the Electric Car?"........peep the pics below!
